Allocating Levels & Rooms to Sites

If you have Internal Ordering enabled, and you also have multiple Sites, then you can allocate Levels & Rooms to each site. When customers place an order via your Shopping Cart, they will be prompted to select a Site, then a Level & Room relevant to that site.

To allocate Levels & Rooms to Sites:

  1. Click Settings to view the Settings page.
  2. In the menu at the top of the page, click Rooms.
  3. If you have existing Levels & Rooms, then you can allocate each level to the relevant site by hovering your mouse over the Level in the left column, then clicking the Edit icon.
    Alternatively, create a new Level by clicking Add Level.
  4. Select a Site from the drop-down list and click Save.

The Level will then be allocated to the Site. Any Rooms that belong to that Level will also be allocated to the site.
