Customer Contact Fields

These custom fields appear when adding a customer on the contacts page. 
You can create up to 20 custom fields that will allow you to store selected information about your customers.

  1. click add
  2. enter the name of the field
  3. select the field number you are using (each field can only be selected once)
  4. select a type for inputting your information
  5. choose if the field is mandatory
  6. save
To reorder your fields click reorder and drag and drop the fields into the desired location.
To edit or delete hover over the row and click on the pencil or the cross.
 
For Care you use these fields to collect your customer's dietary requirements.
This setting is available on the standard plan & above and all editions.
