Customers on the rewards program

If you have turned on the rewards program you can view your customers reward point by clicking on the customer name. The rewards points are displayed in the bottom panel. 

Points are added to a customer when the order is invoiced. If the order is cancelled after being invoiced the points are automatically deducted. 
This feature is available on the max plan and the catering edition.
