Reset a customer's password

When you have the shopping cart turned on you will be able to reset your customer's password.

  1. Search for the customer in the top right search box.
  2. Click on the row in the table.
  3. In the display panel in the bottom click Reset Password.
  4. In the new window click Save.
An email will be sent to your customer with a new password.
This feature is available on all plans and the production, distribution and catering editions.
