Return emails being sent directly to your employees

When an email is sent from FoodStorm it is sent on behalf of the signed in user. This means the user adding a customer order will be the one to receive a return email sent from the customer.

If you want all emails to come back to your generic account enter this email address against the employee.
Or you can edit the email templates - this feature is available on the standard plan and above.
